First 2020 National Cup Champions are Crowned; State Cup Mayors Youngers Division Concludes with New 14U Champions

The first 2020 Cal South National Cup 12U Champions and State Cup Mayors Division 14U Champions were crowned last Sunday at SilverLakes Park in Norco, Calif. While the State Cup Mayors Division concluded activity in the Youngers Division, the National Cup champions are just starting to roll in as they initiated the tournament the weekend of Feb. 15.

Champions in the National Cup 12U age group will now move on to represent Cal South in the 2020 US Youth Soccer 12U Regional Championships, tournament set to take place in June at Silverlakes Park, in conjunction with the Far West Regional Tournament.

The Cal South State Cup and National Cup continue this weekend, with the State Cup closing its Youngers Division in the Governors & Presidents Division, 2007/13U and 2006/14U age groups; champions in the Presidents Division will move on to participate in the 2020 US Youth Soccer Far West Presidents Cup in Norco, Calif. The Cal South National Cup will crown the 2007/13U and 2006/14U Boys & Girls teams that will move on to the 2020 US Youth Soccer Far West Regionals in Boise, Idaho.
